How do I check the status of my order?

Upon placing your order we'll do our best to have it delivered in the best time possible. If you have not gotten the tracking number corresponding to your order via email in 2 days or the package is taking longer to arrive than expected please email us at support@nationurbans.com so we can provide you with the corresponding information.

How long does shipping take?

Our fulfillment center is located in the USA to ensure lower cost and faster delivery time. Once placed your order will take around 4 days to be processed and around 5-15 days to get delivered even during busy seasons. Doesn't that sound amazing?


I ordered two products, but have received only one.. what's happening?

Sometimes we finish to manufacture a product before the other and rather send you the one already completed instead of keep you waiting. 

If you ordered more than one product but only one has arrived rest assured the remaining ones are on their way. In case you haven't got the tracking number for them CONTACT US so we can provide you with that information.


Is your website secure with my personal information?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product.

Does Nation Urban provide a quality guarantee for all products being sold?
